Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and use SoloStack only where permitted by applicable law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and workspace.
Your content and permissions
You retain responsibility for the briefs, samples, uploads, drafts, media, and scheduled posts you place in SoloStack. You must have the rights needed to process and publish that material. You grant the service the limited permission required to store, transform, and transmit it for the features you request.
Generated output
AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for publication. Review every output before relying on or publishing it. SoloStack does not guarantee originality, factual accuracy, performance, reach, revenue, or legal compliance of generated material.
Plans, credits, and billing
Plan prices, monthly credit grants, and structural limits are shown in the product billing catalogue. Paid subscriptions are handled through Stripe when configured. Credits are a usage-accounting mechanism and are not currency. Changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the checkout terms presented at purchase.
Connected platforms
Publishing and OAuth features depend on provider credentials, approvals, APIs, and policies outside SoloStack’s control. LinkedIn has a publisher implementation; other provider-specific publishing adapters may remain unavailable. A scheduled item is not proof that an external platform accepted or published it.
Acceptable use
Do not use SoloStack to violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, evade platform rules, generate unlawful material, interfere with the service, probe other workspaces, or attempt to bypass usage and billing controls.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis and may change during development. To the extent permitted by law, SoloStack is not responsible for indirect losses, lost reach, lost revenue, provider outages, failed publications, or decisions made from generated output.
Changes and termination
Access may be restricted for abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. These terms may be updated as the service evolves; the effective date identifies the latest version.
